Resume Optimizer provides automated analysis of resumes against job descriptions using artificial intelligence.
The Service generates suggestions and recommendations intended to help improve resumes.
The results are informational only and do not guarantee employment outcomes.
User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Provide accurate account information
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
- Not submit malicious or harmful content
You remain responsible for the content you upload or submit.
AI-Generated Results
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis results.
Because of the nature of AI systems:
- Results may contain inaccuracies
- Results should not be relied upon as professional advice
- Employment outcomes are not guaranteed
Users are responsible for reviewing and validating recommendations before using them.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription.
Subscription details, pricing, and usage limits are displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Usage Limits
The Service includes limits on the number of analyses that can be performed based on the user's plan.
Additional analysis credits may be purchased where available.
We reserve the right to enforce reasonable usage limits to maintain system stability.
Refund Policy
Due to the computational costs associated with generating analysis results, purchases are generally non-refundable once the Service has been used.

Intellectual Property
The Resume Optimizer platform, including its software, design, and features, is owned by the Service provider and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of the content they submit.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resume Optimizer shall not be liable for:
- Loss of employment opportunities
- Errors in AI-generated recommendations
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if a user violates these Terms.
Users may stop using the Service at any time.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
